Delivery Terms

1. Delivery charges calculation

1.1. Free delivery for netcumulative spending of $500 above (#Residential/ Remote Area Surchargewill be applied to receiver). For order less than $500, delivery fee will becharged by weight ((#Residential/ Remote Area Surcharge will be applied toreceiver).

2. Delivery Method

CryoStore entrusts SF Express for product delivery.

3. Service Range

3.1. Delivery services are divided into general areas and remote areas.

3.2. The general areas include Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and part of the New Territories.

3.3. The remote areas include Tuen Mun District, Sai Kung District, Yuen Long District, North District, Tai Po District, Island District

3.4. Delivery service is not available to areas (including Sha Tau Kok, Ta Kwu Ling, Lo Wu, Lok Ma Chau, Man Kam To, Mai Po, Outlying Islands, Restricted Areas, Hotels, PO Box & Other International Locations.

4. Delivery Times

4.1. Under normal circumstances, the goods will be dispatched and delivered within 3-10 working days. 

4.2. For delivery arrangement, delivery staff of SF Express will contact the customer on the day of delivery.

4.3. Delivery time may be affected by the weather, location, holidays or festivals, order quantity or other external factors. Specially-assigned person will contact you to confirm the relevant delivery details.

5. Liabilities

5.1 Members are responsible for ensuring the correct delivery address.  If a wrong address is provided, any re-delivery of the order to the correct address shall be at the Member’s sole expense, and CryoStore shall not be liable for any losses in connection with the Member providing the wrong address or from providing different addresses.

5.2.  If a Member orders multiple CryoStore rewards at the same time, each CryoStore reward may be delivered separately and on different dates.

5.3.  In all circumstances, it is Member’s responsibility to contact CryoStore if a CryoStore reward does not arrive by the estimated delivery date. Members are required to contact CryoStore by phone or email within thirty (30) days of the date of redemption and CryoStore will investigate the order and offer assistance. After the thirty (30) days have elapsed, Member will no longer be able to place a claim for a lost CryoStore reward.

5.4.  CryoStore shall not be responsible for any loss or damage associated with late-delivery or non-delivery of a CryoStore reward.
